Yoga: The Art and Science of Transformation

YOGA Sadhana (practice):

Root 'Practices'

Root practices lie behind all formal practices, in truth all moments. They are really a dropping of agendas and seeking. Rather it is a returning to simply being and recognising the immediate truth of who you are - already whole, already whole already free.  We feel at rest, freedom.

They are the primary emphasis of the teacher training:

  • Loving Acceptance & Gratitude
  • Presence
  • Equanimity
  • Discernment

DAILY PRACTICES

Daily practices support us in cultivating root practices. While they do gift us with great fruits such as physical well being and psycho-emotional growth they are not the ends unto themselves. They are means to support us in recognising the immediate truth of our divinity.

LIVING YOGA PROGRAM

Due to the nature of the practices, and the pithy-ness and poignancy of the content, this one month immersion is potent and transformative.  It is likely one will experience many insights, and a sense of expanded possibility and empowerment. These insights are like seeds that must be watered daily.  To support the integration of insights, one must revisit, reflect, and assimilate these insights in ones daily life.  One Yoga is offering a 3 month program whereby you receive several videos weekly to support the integration process, that these insights, like seeds, may root and set you on an purposeful and liberating trajectory in your spiritual life.

Spiritual Note

This training is not about acquiring something, rather it is a dissolving and letting go of the illusion of limiting belief structures, that we may be free.  True spiritual insight/ awakening necessarily includes the experience of challenge (often intense) and  liberation, cyclically. One must be psychologically healthy to attend; furthermore, bring forth a sincerity and readiness to openly & honestly inquire.  Please invite your innate  wisdom, serenity and courage to guide you.
