These insights are like seeds that must be watered daily.  To support the integration of insights, one must revisit, reflect, and assimilate these insights in ones daily life.  One Yoga is offering a 3 month program whereby you receive several videos weekly to support the integration process, that these insights, like seeds, may root and set you on an purposeful and liberating trajectory in your spiritual life.

Spiritual Note

This training is not about acquiring something, rather it is a dissolving and letting go of the illusion of limiting belief structures, that we may be free.  True spiritual insight/ awakening necessarily includes the experience of challenge (often intense) and  liberation, cyclically. One must be psychologically healthy to attend; furthermore, bring forth a sincerity and readiness to openly & honestly inquire.  Please invite your innate  wisdom, serenity and courage to guide you.
