Living Yoga Program

Optional 3-month post-immersion program to support your integration process

Due to the nature of the practices and the potency of the content, this 1-month immersion is inherently transformative. It is likely you will experience many insights plus a sense of expanded possibility and empowerment.

These insights are like seeds that must be watered daily. To support the integration of insights, we must revisit, reflect, and assimilate these insights in ones daily life. We offer a 3-month post-immersion program during which you receive several videos weekly to support your integration process, so that these insights, like seeds, may root and set you on a purposeful and liberating trajectory in your spiritual life.

Spiritual note:

This training is not about acquiring something, rather it is a dissolving and letting go of the illusion of limiting belief structures, that we may be free.  True spiritual insight/ awakening necessarily includes the experience of challenge (often intense) and  liberation, cyclically. One must be psychologically healthy to attend; furthermore, bring forth a sincerity and readiness to openly & honestly inquire.  Please invite your innate  wisdom, serenity and courage to guide you.
